Orders
Orders must be placed via the website’s webshop.
When you click the purchase button, you enter into an agreement with Print By Pabst. Immediately after placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. It is important that you check that the order confirmation is correct. If you do not receive an order confirmation or if it is in any way incorrect, please contact me immediately via email: shop@printbypabst.se
Price
Prices on the website are stated including 25% VAT. VAT applies to all orders where the customer is a consumer residing in an EU member state.
Payment
When ordering through the website, we accept payment via Klarna. For card payments, follow the instructions provided on the website at the time of payment.
Security
I always offer you a secure payment method. I cooperate with Klarna, which complies with PCI DSS requirements. All card and personal information is encrypted, which means that only authorized persons can access the information.

Shipping
Prices are stated excluding shipping. Shipping costs will be added and are paid by you. The shipping cost is shown at checkout.
Delivery Time
For stocked items, the normal delivery time is one to three business days if the item is to be shipped within Sweden and you have entered your mobile phone number correctly, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
For artworks, certain utility items, and deliveries to countries outside Sweden, different delivery times apply. Packages remain at the pick-up point for only 14 days from the arrival date, during which you must collect the package or it will be returned to us. Sometimes a shipment may be split into two packages, and you will then receive two separate notifications from the carrier. Note that we charge a fee for uncollected packages; see Return Conditions.
As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If your order is returned due to incorrect delivery information, you will bear the cost of the additional shipping.
I reserve the right for items to sell out. If only part of the order is available, the customer will be notified via email.
Delivery Delays
Although I do my utmost to deliver as promised, errors can occur. If the delivery is delayed from what was promised, please contact me immediately so that we can investigate the cause of the delay. If the delivery is time-sensitive, please contact me right away: shop@printbypabst.se
Transport Damage
I have chosen carriers I believe provide high-quality delivery. However, transport damage may still occur. Please inspect the item and its packaging upon receipt. If there are visible damages, report them directly to the carrier or, if discovered later, contact me as soon as possible via email: shop@printbypabst.se
Uncollected Packages and Delivery Obstacles
Delivered packages remain at the pick-up point for 14 days from the arrival date. You must collect your package within this period or it will be returned to me. Please ensure that your entire order is collected. Sometimes shipments may be split into two packages, resulting in two separate notifications from the carrier.
For uncollected packages, I charge a fee of SEK 300 for packages shipped within Sweden and SEK 500 for packages shipped abroad. This covers our costs for shipping, return shipping, and handling.

If delivery or pick-up is delayed because you fail to receive the item after notification, I reserve the right to charge a fee for reasonable storage costs and any additional expenses.
If delivery or pick-up fails because you do not accept the item after notification, I reserve the right to consider this a cancellation. In such cases, I will refund the purchase price minus delivery and return shipping costs and any invoice fees.
Right of Withdrawal
My goal is for you to be completely satisfied with the items you purchase from me. When shopping from my webshop, you have the right under the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. For partial deliveries, the withdrawal period begins when you receive the final delivery.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify me—see contact information below. It is sufficient to send your notification before the withdrawal period ends. Your message must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the contract. Please note that simply not collecting a package or refusing a delivery does not count as exercising the right of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or that are clearly personalized due to your order—e.g., custom-ordered artworks, personalized necklaces, or concrete baked goods.
If you withdraw from your purchase, you must return the item to me—see contact details below. You must send it back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notified me of your decision. Sending the item before the withdrawal period ends is sufficient
You may examine the product, but handle it carefully and only as necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function. Treat the product as you would in a store. If the item is handled more than necessary, you are liable for any reduction in its value, which I have the right to deduct from the refund.
You are responsible for return shipping costs. To reduce this cost, I offer prepaid return labels at a cost equivalent to the original shipping cost. I will email you the label upon request. This offer does not apply to artworks or utility items. Please contact me for further information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the item is not damaged or lost during return shipping. Make sure the item is well packed and, if necessary, insured. Always keep the delivery receipt until the return is completed.
Pack the item(s) you want to return, preferably in the original packaging. Include your order number and contact details so I can reach you in case of any issues.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, I will refund you within 14 days from receiving the returned item. I have the right to deduct any reduction in value. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Complaints
Complaints regarding defective goods or issues with delivery must be reported within 5 days time after discovering the issue. I recommend that you make any complaint in writing via email with a photo – contact details below.
If you fail to complain within a reasonable time of discovering the issue, and within 14 days of receiving the item, you lose your right to make a claim under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act against Print By Pabst
If the complaint is approved, you will be reimbursed for all costs related to the complaint, including return shipping.
Force Majeure
Marcel Pabst Fotografi AB is exempt from fulfilling delivery obligations if prevented due to circumstances beyond our control that could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time of the agreement and whose consequences could not reasonably have been avoided or overcome—such as labor disputes, fires, accidents, wars, governmental decisions, or other events significantly affecting our ability to fulfill the agreement.
